1. License Grant
Voltare grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use Mac.apk on Apple Silicon Macs that You own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
Without a separate written license from Voltare, You may not:
- Use Mac.apk for any commercial purpose, including use in business operations, paid services, consulting, or revenue-generating activities of any kind.
- Redistribute the Mac.apk binary, in whole or in part, by any means.
- Bundle, embed, or ship Mac.apk with another product or service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Mac.apk, except as required by applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.
- Rebrand, white-label, or represent Mac.apk as your own work.
- Use the Mac.apk name, logo, or trade dress to promote any product or service not authored by Voltare.
3. Third-Party Android Apps
Mac.apk is a runtime that loads Android APKs that You provide. You are solely responsible for the APKs You choose to load and use. You represent and warrant that You have all legal rights to use those APKs and that running them through Mac.apk does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right.
Voltare does not audit, test, or endorse any third-party APK, and provides no guarantee about the behavior, security, stability, or legality of any APK loaded into Mac.apk.
4. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of Mac.apk remains with You.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Voltare or Kaleb Simpson be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, security incidents, copyright disputes, malware, or other liability arising from or in connection with Mac.apk or the use of Mac.apk, including but not limited to any consequence of third-party Android applications loaded through it.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of Mac.apk and remove all copies from Your devices.
7. Commercial Licensing
For commercial use, white-labeling, bundling, distribution agreements, or any other use not granted by this Agreement, please contact [email protected].
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version of this Agreement that applies to Your installation is the version shipped with the release You downloaded. The current published version of this Agreement lives at this page.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement between You and Voltare regarding Mac.apk, and supersedes any prior agreements, proposals, or communications.
